Neck Pain Part 1

With any neck or shoulder issues there is always some form of trauma to the rest of the body as it tries to correct the imbalance. Some muscles go into spasm to protect you from doing further damage to your body, a reflex action.

So what can I do to help my back pain, or neck and shoulder pain? Clearly it depends on much of an injury you have whether you have some movement or are locked solid. Which ever the case there IS something that you can do and it may be as something as simple as breathing – you can breathe can’t you? It is not my intention to be offensive but even breathing deeply in a situation will help calm and begin to restore the energy flow of your body’s system.

We need a healthy mind set that is thinking with a Positive Mental Attitude if you think you can’t do anything then that’s the message you’re sending to your brain and therefore that’s the end result you will have. So, reverse it and a positive outcome will start to happen – even if you don’t see it at first.

Now I am speaking from experience, I have had many injuries over the years some minor and some not so. And injuries some to my neck and shoulders with whiplash from a car accident. All I am asking from you is to keep an OPEN and POSITIVE mind, that means wherever there are negatives you turn then around, can you do that? Good lets move on.

I am going to take the view that you have an injury somewhere (or you wouldn’t be reading this), if it s not the case then you will have information to help you in a situation like this, your forewarned. With your permission I’m going use me as an example perhaps to give you an idea of what to do in any given situation.

Imagine this, I had a car accident a few years ago, the car was written off and I sustained whiplash. The policeman said I was lucky to get out of the car without serious injury, he thought I should have been a goner. I managed to get out of the car through the drivers window after the car had flipped a few times. The car had aquaplaned with a sudden downpour of rain.
