  • help control your breath which is vital to all athletes

What can an athlete expect from a yoga class?

You will:

  • work every muscle in the body
  • work mainly on your core muscles
  • be challenged physically to increase concentration
  • be challenged mentally to increase concentration
  • have a low impact way to cross train
