Hi, and welcome to Yoga Teaching with Glen. We have been teaching yoga since 1971 and have been applying and adapting the principles of yoga in Mind, Body and Spirit.
There are many styles of yoga, AND interpretations of each style. Qualified in Anusara with an influence in Iyengar and incorporating other styles, we work with the mind first and the body second (postures). With the view that what we think, we become. Not only will your body be stretched but also your mind.

Glen is an experienced yoga teacher, trainer and practitioner in many disciplines, and has been teaching yoga since 1971.
Glen got the bug for yoga when his uncle made claims of the many benefits of yoga, and this inspired him to dig a little deeper as he was intrigued. The style at the time was Iyengar and since 2010 has taken on the Anusara approach. His ‘niche’ is Back Pain, or ‘How To Lose Your Back Pain With Yoga’. Over the years Glen has expanded his interest in the holistic field by qualifying as a Reiki Master Teacher and Spinal Therapist in 2002, then in 2007 started to look at EFT and again got the bug and has had excellent results in this field. He loves being of service and giving back to the community. He gives regular talks on the subjects above and gives regular monthly EFT group meetings.
