Back Pain Distractions Part 2

Now all this SEEMS quite easy, as it is said, easy said than done. It all depends where you are and where you are coming from. If you are going through a stressful period then we tend to see things unclearly. With tension in the body (nervous) or otherwise caused by our FEELINGS. Our feelings are caused by thoughts, so if we are feeling not too special then by changing our thoughts, our mind set our attitude we start to feel better.

All this negativity in the body will give us all sorts of ailments, back pain, neck pain and much much more. Now this is going to sound really simple, let me give you an example. If you are feeling low and out of the blue you receive a really large some of money, how does that make you feel?

You feelings have now changed from feeling low to a feeling of a high. What has changed is our attitude. I remember from a long time ago when one of my mentors said this to me. "It's not your aptitude that controls your altitude is you attitude".

So how does that help me? Or rather you?

Now I know this may seem hard at the time and I am speaking from experience. To lose our back pain our whatever, we need to start somewhere, And if we look to ourselves we may find an answer. First what is our mind like? What is our attitude? Is it positive or negative? If it's negative we can turn it around.

If we have back pain instead of just 'living' with it we can say "What can I do to lose my back pain"? That way you have asked your mind a way to lose your back pain etc. And that's what it will do, it will try to find you a way. So you need to think positive to start with.

Then these little steps will take you to where you want to go. There are many ways to lose back pain. Yoga, EFT, massage etc.

Most of our emotional and physical problems/issues are caused (or contributed to) by our unresolved specific events, the vast majority of which can be easily handled by EFT.
