Back Pain and Passion Part 1

How does Back Pain and Passion come together? Well look at this way. If you are inspired and feel good about something then you have some form of passion for it. Let's take a wider view point, if you are fed up with your lot whatever it might be, you tend to shut down, your head droops and then your shoulders start to round giving you a poor posture and leading to back issues.

Could it be at the moment your present challenge is allowing your passion to grow from compassion? Could it be that feelings of frustration, anger, close down, stagnation or even fear being associated with intimacy?

Maybe at this time there is a need to expand your understanding of sexuality? This will develop deeper spiritual channels with others and in your relationships. If we don't feel good about ourselves, and that our self esteem is low then our bodies tend to take on board all the negativity resulting to posture etc.

Passion is part of compassion. And without compassion you cannot have passion.
Let's see what passion there is already in your life. As humans there is an attraction to intimacy which is a spiritual call which brings forth divine compassion, this is for all life.

Divine compassion is a mingling of the energies of the physical and spiritual experienced as sexuality and spirituality. These energies represent the essential force of nature at work with the spirit seeking renewal.

When sacred overtones are in place then sexual intimacy is possible giving enjoyment and procreation that acceptance of love making as a joyful, spiritual and compassionate process. As you express yourself in this way you release loneliness, (and help back pain), an expression of bliss and drawing divine love into your heart. Passion is heightened energy, and with your ability to show love and enjoy the true nature of you and your partner's relationship is the goal bringing together sexuality and spirituality.

We all need passion in our lives both physical and spiritual which is a natural process. Look to find the passion in your life. It takes passion to attract passion and with personal issues it is our personal responsibility to work on this and at the same time to create a meaningful and safe exchange with your partner or close friends.

It is easy to think the worst of yourself instead of thinking the best.
