Back Pain and Colours

How do you feel when you have Back Pain? What colours do you feel like wearing? Are you aware of how colours can help you? Here is little guide to help you.

Today as yoga has become more and more popular it is often characterized by being in the moment, living in the now, appreciating the present moment.

To be present one needs to live with a balanced life style, where you listen to your body, you have fun, let yourself daydream, you work sweat and play, you pay attention to your social, sexual and spiritual being. The clothes that you wear reflect your state of being whether you know it or not.

If you have Back Pain or Neck and Shoulder Pain notice the colour of the clothes that you wear. The colours can help you heal.

At your core there are seven main chakras, these chakras are energy centres and each are associated with a colour and a symbol. Chakras are essential to the clothing line, consisting of shirts, pants, camisoles with matching chakra panties. As you can see, the ladies are well supported well here. Men can choose what they wear to also reflect their mood and well being.

Do you need to be grounded? Red is the Root/Base chakra, this chakra is attributed to stability and inner strength. If you want to feel sexy, Orange is the Sacral chakra, associated with being sensual. If you feel you have a big day ahead of you and you have a few challenges then Yellow is the Solar Plexus chakra, this centre is associated with energy and increased confidence.

Need a hug? The Heart chakra is Green and is associated with compassion and unconditional love. Do you feel shy? Blue is the Throat chakra, and is associated with increased communication and creativity.

If you want to increase your psychic levels then we have Indigo the third eye chakra the unconscious self. Finally we have the Crown chakra which is Purple and I associated with the spiritual world and wisdom.

So as you can see by choosing the appropriate colour will help you with your well being, your mood and to help correct any imbalance within you.

By using colours will help you be in the moment, to live in the moment. Through out the day what colours do you where? Are you willing to change what you are doing? Keep an open mind to all possibilities you never know where it may take you. You could end up with a healthier and balanced body.
