A Sexy Way For A Healthier Back

There are reasons why we have sex. For pleasure of course, but, according to the Archives of Sexual Behavior, this is not the only reason why people engage is this pleasurable act.  Of course, for most people it is still an expression of love and affection.  But there are also others who consider sex as a way to fall as sleep, return a favor and even because somebody dared them to.

But who would have thought that having sex could actually help your back? 

Having sex is actually beneficial.  Most people would say that sex is like exercise.  And they are right.   It actually burns more calories and can burn away fat.  More calories could be burned in a minute of having sex compared with playing a match of tennis.  It is even said to suppress appetite! 

Excessive weight is actually a contributing factor to back pain, it would put too much weight or burden on the vertebral disc which could lead to deformation.  Too much weight would also require the muscles in the back to work harder than a normal person’s back muscles just to maintain a posture and move the body.

Men can benefit a lot from sex since it produces testosterone.  Testosterone is a chemical which helps the body with its muscle and bone building. Back pain happens because the back muscles are overused, it may be necessary to build muscle strength and tone it to avoid any chronic back pains.

It could even help in keeping the heart healthy.  There are studies conducted by Queens University showing that those men who are having sex three or more times a week has lower risks of heart attack and stroke. 

There are also research showing that men who have sex once or twice has better immune system because of the production of antibody Immunoglobulin A.  This antibody hastens healing and makes the immune system stronger.  Other research would show that sex reduces risk of prostate problems, a natural pain killer and a great way to recover from stress.

Thinking about it, we could have pleasure and still remain or keep our bodies healthy.  What a wonderful world!
