Did you know that as a runner you have created a ‘natural’ gait with your running? What I mean is, as you run, you have your natural stride, let’s say for the sake of conversation it’s 39” or if you’re metric approaching a metre. Now if you run for say 5 miles, that is 316,800 inches, or  8,123.08 strides!

 Now if we were to lengthen that stride to say just 40”, that means that you’re 5 mile run will take only 7,920.00 strides! That’s about 203 less strides saved! So, if you’re doing a marathon ... well you do the math.
