Do You Want To Look 12 Years Younger For Every 5 Years You Practice? 

Or another way of looking at it is look 3 years younger with just 1.25 years of practice.

For just a couple of minutes in the morning you to can begin to look younger by following the programme shown. So to start.

All you need is some Sesame oil or similar. This is what I do every morning. My alarm goes off at around 5.00am, alright I know that for some that may be too early, it doesn’t matter, you can get up when ever you want to and do the same whether it’s early or late.

This a great way to help your immune system.

The first thing I do when I get up is to shave and then shower. I’ll explain. As I fill the washing bowl with hot water I place in the bowl a bottle sesame oil. This is in a discarded plastic shampoo bottle so it warms quickly.

While I’m shaving the oil is getting warm. After shaving I am sky clad (naked). I pore some sesame oil onto my hand, rub both hands together and massage my head completely – scalp, ears – work the fingers in and around the ears, then the neck and face.

Then the arms. With circular motions over the joints, over and down the forearms giving time to the wrists and between the fingers. 

The chest. Giving circular movements with the right hand starting at the right breast, over the heart and to the left breast then down and across following the natural rhythm of the body flow.

Then the naval, over, in and around giving gentle massage.

Then the legs. Down the thigh, giving long strokes down the front of the thigh and back with circular movements over the knees and again giving long strokes down the shins.

Then the feet. Over the ankles, between the toes and with long up and down movements over the soles of the feet. And of course remember to do the spine as much as you can, this is where a partner is great.

Then go and have your shower or bath using a light soap or gel, this is to keep the oil on your skin as much as you can. When finished pat yourself dry rather than rub. It is a good idea to leave as much oil on your skin as you can (hence patting), the oil that is left will give you good protection.

If you feel you haven’t enough time then make sure you  massage the head and the feet.

And if you wish you can do this before you go to bed. Working the oil into the skin just for a 15 seconds or 15 minutes. Then with a good bedtime drink, a cup of warm milk with nutmeg and cardamom seeds. You’ll enjoy the result.

Find time to meditate, even just a few minutes a day. In the works of Training the Mind, Healing the Body, by Deepak Chopra MD and David Simon MD it is said that for every 5 years of meditation you can look 12 years younger.
