If you have decided to improve your mental and physical health with yoga, you need to practice your yoga exercises correctly to get the most benefit and to prevent injury. Here are a few suggestions to keep in mind.

A lot of back problems are known to be muscular in origin, which means they are, by definition, related to how you move. More likely, however, exercises and stretches simply make you more aware of your body.

Also: is there recreational computer use you can reduce? Can some of your electronic mail messages be replaced by telephone calls or conversations in person? And lose the computer/video games .

If nothing else, PAUSE the game every 3 - 4 minutes. Don't sacrifice your hands to a game!

Remember there is ALWAYS something you can do to free your back from pain, it may not be apparent; all you need to do is to step out of your box. And change your mind set.

Think positive and act positive, don’t give up and you will find a way. A little something done each day has a compound effect and you will soon gain results that you hope for.
