Tantra and Back Pain Part 3

By Glen Wood | November 5, 2008

For her part, the woman can explore her masculine dimension, recognizing that she is capable of dynamic leadership in lovemaking, taking the initiative, creating new ways of guiding, teaching, and giving herself and her partner pleasure.  They are important tools for today’s couples who are searching for a significantly different way of relating to each other, couples who want to sustain love and sexual passion for a lifetime together.

In Tantra, sexuality is total and filled with bliss. However, Tantra is not about sex. Sex practiced or performed in Tantra is what is taught by most teachers of this spiritual lifestyle. In Swami Virato’s experiential events sexual ignition energy is used as a tool to raise the Kundalini, or the participant’s bio energy. Swami Virato simply uses this energy as a tool. At some point Tantrikas experience a bliss-filled state that can be identified as sexuality. Perhaps because of general sexual suppression by cultures and religions, ancient carvings in Nepal and India depicting unbridled sexual sharing create indelible labels. Some Tantrikas do not engage in sex at all.

Being open minded is VERY important for the second level of Tantra. This part involves the male G spot! YES, believe it or not males, just as females have a G spot. When that G spot is aroused you should feel the most ultimate orgasm you have ever felt before. The orgasm doesn’t come just through your organ; you should feel it through your whole body, from head to toe! Of course this will only happen if you are totally opening your mind, body and soul.
Chakras

The Chakras exists on the subtle rather than the physical level.  The flow of energy through the Chakras is known as Kundalini Energy and it is one of the aims of Tantra is to keep this flowing freely.  From top to bottom, the main seven Chakras are; Crown, brow, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root.

This eternal force which unites within them ascends as a powerful vortex of energy rising like liquid fire through their subtle bodies and into their 7th chakras at the top of their heads.  Tantric Yoga involves proper breathing and increased awareness of the energy centres of your body thus purifying the channels and chakras allowing the energies to flow freely through the body.  Kundalini Yoga actually belongs to Tantric Sadhana which gives a detailed description about this serpent-power and the Chakras (plexus).
